Bacon Cheddar Deviled Eggs...Yum Yum

This Recipe is for 12 servings, multiply as needed.

What you'll need:
12 Eggs
1/2 Cup of Mayo
4 Slices of Bacon
2 Tb of Finely Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Tb of Mustard

What you'll need to do:
  1. Lets start by boiling the eggs. What I like to do is, once the eggs are done boiling, just drop them in a bowl of ice water. This will make the eggs easier to hold and peel.
  2. Cook bacon. Crumble into tiny little bits.
  3. Once eggs are peeled and bacon crumbled, cut eggs in half (long ways of course).
  4. Remove yolk from the eggs and place the yolk in a medium sized bowl.
  5. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl with the yolk and mix well.
  6. Place Mixture into a zip lock bag and cut one of the lower corners of the bag and funnel the mixture into the boiled eggs.
  7. Enjoy the perfect house party finger food. :)
